Kale Salad with Cornflakes Topping
Cooking Instructions
  • Massage the kale with olive oil in a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the remaining ingredients: quinoa, avocado, nectarine & pomelo.
  • Toss until they are evenly combined.
  • Give the salad a taste and season with sea salt and freshly-cracked pepper.
  • Add a topping of Poppins® Corn Flakes for that extra crunch.
  • Serve it up right away while it's nice and fresh.
